The Edmonton Scottish Society Board of directors are volunteers.
Most board members work fulltime jobs and full fill the duties of directors to help move the Society forward. The board is made up of business owners, education, trades people, finance, insurance, process, manufacturing and more.
These varied backgrounds bring depth and a wealth of information to the board.
The Society has many committees and in addition to board members many committees are made up of the general membership, associated group members and professionals from outside the organization who volunteer their time to make the Society what it is.
The Society always welcomes the desire of the membership to get involved. Volunteerism is at our core and how we have been an active Society since the 1940's and before.
