Edmonton Scottish Society Open Competition and Evening Choreography Competition to be held on Saturday, June 20th.
Inaugural Wild Rose Open Championship to be held on Sunday, June 21st. All events will be held at the Edmonton Scottish Society, 3105-101 Street SW.
Please enter online at www.eventry.net. Entries open on Monday, April 27th, at 8:00 AM (MDT). Entries will close at 11:59 PM (MDT) on Sunday, June 7th. No late entries will be accepted.
The Alberta Society of Pipers & Drummers will be gathering June 20–21, 2026 at 3105 101st SW, Edmonton.
Piping and drumming competitions are scheduled for Saturday, with Sunday featuring the Clan Grant MSR contest for young bagpipers under 18, along with additional events. Highland dancing competitions will run both days.
Registration is open now and closes May 30, 2026. No late or field entries will be permitted. Competitors are encouraged to sign up promptly for full details and to register at the official ASPD event page or the Edmonton Scottish Society website.
The ASAA Heavy Events Competition takes place on Saturday, June 20, 2026. This is your opportunity to compete in traditional Scottish heavy athletics, including caber toss, hammer throw, stone put, and more, alongside the full piping, drumming, and Highland dancing program. Competition registration closes June 5, 2026.
A Heavy Events Clinic will follow on Sunday, June 21, 2026. Clinic registration is open until June 20, 2026.
